I was born and raised in Southern California where I still live. I was the youngest member of a very large family and always felt like I was on the outside looking in. Not a great place for a kid to be, but a wonderful vantage point for an author. I learned to observe and listen. My parents divorced before it was the 'in' thing to do so I had that baggage to carry as well.

I have published 4 novels and am currently working on numbers 5 and 6. I write what I call "Fiction with a Purpose." I do believe that One Person Can Make a Difference. I write about real people with real lives. I write from a character's point of view and take my readers along for the ride.

I live my life by three rules:

Everything happens for a reason,
Treat others the way you want to be treated,
Nothing happens by coincidence.
